I am happy to receive the “Viswa Nada Sagara” award for the year 2023, from Sampoornam foundation for music and arts. Sampoornam foundation is very unique organisation where they are giving this prestigious award to musicians representing various art forms. This is the first time that a Music organisation has selected a female folk artiste, there by not only honouring me but also this unique Tamil Folk Art. Sri. G.
